The majestic Bald Eagle is easy to see in Alaska. Haines is one of the best places to see them. We got beautiful shots of this cooperative eagle sitting among Sitka spruce cones. He even squawked at us:  (Click). In Ketchikan, Alaska, Gowri got these beautiful shots of an eagle coming into a nest with a chick and his mate   (Click)   (Hi-Res). The chick seemed to be expecting food since he is opening his mouth  (Click)   (Hi-Res). However, if you look closely, the eagle brought a branch and not food.
