Southwild lodge has an observation tower that allows one to get close to a Jabiru nest. Here you can also see Monk Parakeets who nest below the Jabiru nest in a symbiotic relationship to chase away predators. In the background one can see the trumpet trees that in a few weeks will bloom pink as they were already doing in other parts of the Pantanal.
Aditya managed to catch this mating pair of Jabiru both eating fish at the same time in the evening light.
