The Galapagos are very unusual in that you can snorkel with tropic fish such as this parrotfish and cold water fish such as penguins. These parrotfish are among the most colorful fish and are responsible for upto 30% of the sand on many coral beaches! They eat coral and secrete sand. Here is a pair.
