A few days after gorilla trekking we trekked for chimpanzees. The two experiences were complete opposite experiences. The gorillas were calm and majestic. The chimpanzees were chaotic, loud and a lot of fun. As they moved through the forest some would just drop from trees and land right near us shouting.
We got great looks of a group of over 20 both in the tree and an on the ground.
It was great to see them relaxed an grooming one another and totally ignoring us.
