We went to Churchill to see Polar Bears which you are almost certain to see as they wait for the ice to freeze on Hudson Bay. Arctic Fox are much more difficult to see. You are most likely to see them at night under the lights near the Tundra Buggy lodge. But seeing them during the day was very lucky.
Initially the fox was pretty far away but our Tundra Buggy driver perfectly positioned us to where the fox was heading and we got some really good looks.
The Yellow Eyes with the fox in the snow were an amazing site.
