Seeing large groups of giraffe elegantly wandering amongs the forests is unforgettable and nothing like seeing them in a zoo!

Eight year old Aditya took this great shot showing how giraffe are perfectly suited to eat from the tops of acacia trees that grow all over the Mara.

You can see how the adult giraffe towers over the baby but even the baby is about 7 feet tall here and much lighter in color.
