Astrophotography

My father V. K. Viswanathan had wanted to get our son Aditya a telescope almost as soon as he was born. He had worked on the space program, Nasa projects and many optics projects at Los Alamos National Laboratory. He was even on the panel for the Next Generation Space Telescope that would be the replacement for the hubble. For Aditya's 10th Birthday (Oct 28, 2018), he generously bought him an 8 inch Orion Netwonian reflector that is a very good scope for viewing and astrophotography. This allowed Aditya and I who were already very interested in photography to start on the excitnig hobby of Astrophotography. Here are some of our first attempts .
